The reason we use client customized reports is because everyone has different ways of understanding. We want you to feel comfortable with the accuracy and reliability of the count information you receive. So, take a look around and think about how we can help YOU with our customized reports.
Sample Retail Inventory report: C-store
This store cycle counts monthly and we count it at retail (price on the shelves x quantity) Page 1 is the cover sheet, comparing our count totals with expected and Page 2 shows count detail by section. We can provide similar reporting for you!
Sample Item-level inventory report: Liquor Store
This store was a stand-alone count. They simply wanted to know quantity for each UPC, without pricing or variance data.
Sample Item-level Inventory Report: C-Store
For this store we provide an item-level cycle count service and this report shows physical count variance from one month to another. This was used to identify potentially high theft items.
Sample Retail Inventory report: C-store Variances
This store cycle counts monthly at retail. In addition to a customized version of the 1st retail inventory report sample, this shows count variance from one cycle to another for each area. This can be provided as another tool for you to identify potential problem areas of theft.
Sample Retail Inventory Report - Small Grocery Store
This store cycle counts quarterly at retail. This is the base report we provide to you, which also shows variance between the prior and current cycles (the last 2 dated columns). 2 Older cycles are provided for additional comparison, and so you can view totals from one year to another. When we count grocery stores, we have worksheets for each of the listed sections. Those worksheets further break down sections totals into sub-sections by footage. When we see sections with large variances, we can then reference those sub-sections to further investigate what product set is causing the largest variance.
